ACE have Friday cinema sessions throughout 2015 at Woolton Picture house, Liverpool for unpaid carers of Halton and Merseyside This can be time for yourselves FREE OF CHARGE regardless of whether you’re accompanied by those that you care for or not. The people that ACE support take over the running of the cinema every week. It gives people with additional needs training as well as paid and voluntary work. The session for now is for adults only. It is an autism friendly session with the lights dimmed only slightly and the sound not quite as loud as usual. We have a relaxed policy on noise from the audience. Our doors open at 10.30 am with the film starting at 11am. Great place for carers to meet up and chill out.
We are very proud of what we do at ACE and would love you to come along and see what we do. Please bring proof of carers status along for free entry eg carers allowance/DLA letter.
