We held a committee meeting on Monday 12th Sept and were it was decided that costs would change for future social events, for events under £30 cost for HALDS members will be £5 and for events £30 and over the cost will be £10, for non HALDS members it will be the full cost of event or ticket. This is to keep our funds up for more events to take place. It is your responsibility to pay your monies to me by the given time, failure to pay on time, will result in your place not being booked. Monies can be paid either at meetings, cheques sent to my home address made payable to HALDS or at the Carers Centre, 62 Church Street, Runcorn, where I am Tuesday – Friday each week. For theatre tickets which are expensive, if you are unable to attend please let me know by 12 noon on the day, this will enable me to get a replacement from the stand by list to take your place, if I am not informed the full cost of the ticket will have to be paid by yourself.
It was also decided to raise further funding for HALDS that at social events will be holding a football card raffle whilst on the coach
We are sorry to have to impose the above, but in the past I have to constantly chase for monies off members or members have not let me know they are not attending an event. This is all time consuming and also a waste of HALDS funding.
On a plus side at the meeting a whole host of social events where decided on, which I am sure you will all enjoy: Details as follows:

So I do not think this trip will go ahead as planned
That’s another year over all ready!!! Phew
